Over the past decade, there has been impressive growth in the number of patients, practitioners, and schools that embrace Ayurveda as a model for healthcare. Ayurveda is reaching hundreds of thousands of people searching for a better path for a healthy life, and this reach is growing every day. With this growing interest and increased demand, there is an urgent need to ensure high quality training and care.

There is no donation too small; the support of Ayurveda students and practitioners at any level is a meaningful and impactful way to invest in the future of Ayurvedic medicine in the United States.

LET'S BUILD THE FUTURE OF AYURVEDIC MEDICINE TOGETHER
Accreditation provides a level of assurance to students and the public that an institution meets established quality benchmarks. It builds trust and confidence in the education provided.
— Anupama Kizhakkeveettil, Program Director of Ayurvedic Medicine at Southern California University of Health Sciences

OUR VISION

Accreditation of educational institutions is necessary to maintain and enhance the quality of education, ensure students' trust and encourage continuous improvement, foster global recognition, protect consumers, and promote accountability in the education sector. It serves the interests of students, educators, employers, and society at large. It also contributes to the progression of Ayurvedic medicine licensure in the United States.
